Customer Care Advisor

- Salary 1-12 weeks : £14.00 - £14.50 per hour
- Full Time Salary : £33k - £36k pa +Team Bonus

We're hiring a Customer Care Advisor for a well-known high street furniture retailer.
Duties of role
- Handling incoming calls, emails and live chats.
- Provide effective and professional communications
- Resolve customer complaints and queries
- Update customers records and documentation
- Take control of customers issues from start to finish
About the person
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Confident and customer focussed
- Prior experience working towards KPIs
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday = 9am-8pm
- Saturday & Sunday = 9am-6pm
- Shift Pattern rotated on a 6-week rota
