Sales Executive
Salary: £28,200 per year
OTE: £35,220
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, 5 days on / 2 days off. Weekend working is involved.

As a Sales Executive, you will be the main point of contact for customers visiting your branch. You will manage appointments, complete vehicle appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals and help run the branch effectively.
This role is ideal for someone used to taking ownership, working independently, staying calm under pressure and achieving clear targets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Buying cars from customers and delivering a professional customer experience.
- Managing your diary and prioritising appointments.
- Completing vehicle appraisals using our systems and processes.
- Negotiating prices and closing deals.
- Working towards individual and branch targets.
- Liaising with colleagues and back-office teams.
- Taking responsibility for the smooth running of your branch.
What we are looking for:
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Experience in a target-driven or performance-focused environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
- Good organisation, administration and IT skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
