position has become available due to the promotion of the individual we placed
into the role 12 months ago and they have moved up into PMO role which is a
strong reflection of the company’s commitment to recognising performance,

This
role is particularly well suited to individuals from a military background who
are experienced in managing equipment, logistics, and people within structured,
process-driven environments.
The
Role
You
will take ownership of technical services and warehouse operations, ensuring
that equipment, stock, and processes are managed efficiently, accurately, and
in line with operational standards.
Working
in a hands-on leadership capacity, you’ll be responsible for coordinating
workflows, maintaining control of assets, and ensuring that all equipment is
correctly processed, configured, and dispatched to meet customer requirements.
You
will also play a key role in maintaining clear procedures, improving processes,
and ensuring the team operates in a disciplined and organised manner.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Take
responsibility for day-to-day warehouse and technical service operations
·
Maintain
control and accountability of stock, including allocation, dispatch, and
returns
·
Lead,
manage, and develop a small team, including training and performance reviews
·
Ensure
accurate tracking of equipment, returns, and Proof of Delivery (POD)
·
Conduct
triage, testing, and diagnostics on IT and network equipment
·
Oversee
staging and configuration of hardware to required standards
·
Maintain
tools, test equipment, and operational readiness
·
Ensure
customer requirements are met through efficient and timely service delivery
·
Review,
improve, and document processes to enhance operational effectiveness
·
Support
projects involving stock management, warranty handling, and RMA processes
What

Experienced
in working within structured, process-driven environments

Able
to remain effective under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Experience
& Skills:
·
Background
in logistics, warehouse operations, or equipment/asset management
·
Experience
maintaining accurate stock control and optimising workflows
·
Familiarity
with IT hardware, staging, or technical environments is advantageous
·
Strong
IT literacy (Microsoft Office and internal systems)
·
Ability
to meet deadlines while maintaining high operational standards
·
Clear
and professional communication skills
