Trainee NATO Codifier
(023dm) – Worcester- £23,809 (During training) Then Hybrid
Our client is looking
for a Trainee NATO Codifier to join a highly experienced NATO Codification team
based at a Worcester head office.
Hybrid working will be
available following the successful completion of the probationary period.
The organisation is the
exclusive NATO Codification contractor for the UK Ministry of Defence, a
position it has held since 2014. This is an opportunity to join a
well-established and highly successful codification department supporting UK
defence operations.
The Role
The successful candidate
will be responsible for managing and maintaining the UK Ministry of Defence's
military supplies inventory using a bespoke database. This role involves
working with technical data to ensure accurate and compliant codification of defence
equipment and spares.
Once training is
completed, there will be a pay review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and
understanding technical drawings and data (both electronic and mechanical)
- Accurately encoding
technical information into the UK MoD spares database (CSIS)
- Maintaining high
standards of data accuracy and integrity
Skills & Experience
We are looking for
someone who can demonstrate:
- The ability to
interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional attention
to detail
- Strong communication
skills

approach to work

Training &
Development
The successful applicant
will initially undertake an internal training programme designed to build a
strong understanding of NATO Codification and develop the skills required to
succeed in the role.

Security Requirements
Due to the nature of the
