Subscription FAQs (Our Most Popular Option)

1. How can I purchase the subscription account?

First, create your recruitment account [click here]. When you go to post your first vacancy, simply select the ‘Subscription’ option to activate your account.

2. How does the subscription work?

Your subscription gives you 30 job posting credits each month. You can use these to post new vacancies or refresh existing ones. It’s ideal for busy employers or agencies with multiple roles to fill.

3. What happens to unused job credits?

Any unused credits roll over to the following month and stay valid for up to 12 months, provided your subscription is active.

4. When do I get access to my job credits?

You’ll receive your first 30 job credits as soon as your initial payment is processed. From then on, your account will renew monthly, and credits will be added automatically.

5. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You’ll keep access to any unused credits until the end of your current monthly billing cycle, and no further payments will be taken.  Contact us to confirm that you want to cancel your account.

6. Can my colleagues have an account to post and manage jobs?

Yes, you can add your colleagues to your user account, enabling them to log in and manage or post jobs.
